My Name is... By Sudha Bhuchar Directed by Philip Osment
Our captivating new verbatim play My Name is… uncovers a cross-cultural story that began in early 80s Glasgow, long before the ‘tug of love’ tale that hit headlines in 2006, when a young girl left Scotland for Pakistan. The show opens next week, Wednesday 30 April at Arcola Theatre before going up to Scotland, where it is set, at Tron Theatre, Glasgow from 29 May, with a further tour in autumn – dates to be announced soon!
