Michael trained at East 15 Acting School and professional credits include: Cockerel in The Ark for Kneehigh Theatre, Meulnes in The Lost Domain for Theatre Royal Plymouth, Nigel Rancour in Something’s Afoot for the Brewhouse Theatre/Swansea Grand, Sandy in The Master’s Boy at The Tristan Bates Theatre, Sam the Idiot in Jack and The Beanstalk for Theatre Royal Stratford East, Oh. What a Lovely War directed by Dudley Sutton, Joan Littlewood Gala directed by Kate Williams, Various Princes at Newbury and Newport, Mister Bleeder in Mr Spade for Barbican Theatre Plymouth, Lead Singer in Welsh Woman of the Year Directed by Harriet Thorpe. Television and film credits include: Dominic in Eastenders, Jake Weaver in Down to Earth, Scipio in The Roman Mysteries (all for BBC), DC Ford in the feature Popcorn, Martin Connor in No Verbal Response, and Prentis on Phonophobia.  Michael looks forward to performing in new writing at The Gate Theatre.
