Sagar Radia first hit screens in 2005, with a guest role in Casualty. Training at The Harris Drama School when he was 17, he was one of their most sought-after actors. In 2005 he became the face of Tesco Mobile before appearing in the major Bollywood film Namastey London alongside Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Rishi Kapoor. Sagar then went on to film Britz (Channel 4) with BAFTA Award winning director, Peter Kosminsky, winning the BAFTA for ‘Best Serial Drama’ in 2008.

In 2007 Sagar took part in the Brand Awareness campaign for Saatchi & Saatchi and appeared in another episode of Casualty. After graduating with a BSC from City University in 2007, he finished production for the BBC Drama Waking the Dead, which aired in 2008.

In August 2008 he was nominated for a 4Talent Award for Best Dramatic Performance.

Tamasha’s Sweet Cider marked his professional theatrical debut.
