Sartaj’s theatre credits include The Tinder Box (Bush Theatre), Little India (Trestle Theatre Co), The Hot Zone (BAC), Too Close to Home (Lyric Theatre Hammersmith/Tour), Moll Cutpurse (The Globe), Romeo and Juliet (Royal Exchange), East Is East (New Vic), The Set (Old Vic), The Cooperator and The Fraudsters (Birmingham Rep), and Shrew’d (Arcola) among others.
His television credits include Law & Order UK (Kudos), Casualty, Dirty War, Doctors, Eastenders (all for the BBC), Keen Eddie (Paramount TV)  and The Bill (Talkback Thames).
Film credits include The Infidel (Slingshot Films), The League of Extraordinary Gentleman (Twentieth Century Fox), The Baseline, (Motion Picture House), Talking Film (Liquidamber Films) and Bagman (Inertia).
His extensive radio experience includes 5 years as Kuljit Singh in Silver Street as well as various plays including The Spiritual Centre, Clare In The Community, The Archers, The Verb and Ashes to Ashes all for BBC Radio.
