Head of Development - London 21 Consortium

 

The London 21 consortium (Tamasha Theatre Company, Border Crossings, Company of Angels, Ice&Fire and CASA Festival) are seeking a highly experienced Head of Development (four days a week - 0.8 full-time equivalent). The succesful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and income generation and will play a key role in helping to shape the consortium’s future and will work individually and collectively with the consortium members to support the implementation of individual and shared fundraising strategies.

The Head of Development will have two primary functions:

1. To support individual consortium members to deliver their own fundraising strategies – including new donor cultivation and bid writing etc;

2. To generate new income for consortium-wide activity and encourage collaborative working to generate economies of scale, primarily through the cultivation of individual.
