Administrative and Producing Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative & Producing Assistant. This position is ideal for anyone wanting a career in arts management or producing and will provide hands-on experience and training in all the varying departments within the company at an exciting time, from office management to producing (national touring), marketing and development, and Tamasha Developing Artists (a professional development programme for emerging theatre artists). Previous post-holders have gone on to be successful independent Producers and Venue Managers. 

The successful applicant will work alongside the Artistic Director, Executive Director, Director of Communications & Programme, Assistant Producer, the TDA Producer, and Finance Officer. Tamasha’s working ethos encourages its employees to work as a team with office administration being undertaken by all members of staff where necessary.
